Unless otherwise stated, all dates and times are provided in the restaurant's local time. All dates use the format yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss, so 10:15PM on the 1st Feb 2014 would be 2014-02-01T22:15:00.
If you need to specify a date without a time component, you can just drop it. For example, 2014-02-01.
