Access Tonic Platform Overview

Access Tonic is a cloud-based event ticketing platform designed specifically for hospitality venues including bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and event spaces across the UK and internationally. Part of the Access Group's hospitality ecosystem alongside Access Collins (reservation management) and DesignMyNight (discovery platform), Tonic operates on a zero-upfront-cost model with commission-based fees, making professional ticketing accessible to venues of all sizes.

The platform provides comprehensive event management functionality including ticket sales, promotional codes, QR code check-in via mobile scanning apps, customer data collection, and real-time analytics. Automatic listing on DesignMyNight provides marketing exposure to up to 3.9 million monthly users.

The Access Tonic API enables clients to build custom web booking flows through the availability API, allowing venues to create bespoke ticketing experiences that align with their brand and customer journey requirements.
