1. Discovery Phase

Initial Contact: Raise integration request via customer account manager

Discovery Call: Conducted with:

  • Access EPOS Product Team

  • Representative from integrating product

  • Customer stakeholder (if appropriate)

Outcomes:

  • Product understanding established

  • Integration expectations defined

  • Technical approach agreed

  • Commercial considerations identified

2. Documentation & Commercial Phase

Technical Documentation: EPOS Product Team shares:

  • API documentation

  • Test cases

  • Integration guides

Legal Requirements:

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed - this will be shared via Docusign

  • NDA required before test environment access granted

Commercial Discussion: If partnership agreement required:

  • Contact: introduction will be made via the Epos Product Team

  • Partnership terms negotiation

  • Licensing arrangements

3. Technical Development Phase

Initial Technical Call:

  • Review documentation with EPOS Product Team

  • Clarify technical queries

  • Discuss integration approach

Ongoing Support:

  • Additional calls arranged as required

  • Technical guidance throughout development

Test Environment Access:

  • Credentials provided after NDA signature

  • Test environment details shared separately

  • Sandbox environment for development and testing

4. Technical Sign-Off

Sign-Off Meeting:

  • Arranged when integration complete

  • Conducted with EPOS Product Team

  • Test cases executed and validated

  • Payloads captured for review

Success Criteria:

  • All test cases pass successfully

  • Payloads meet specification requirements

  • Error handling validated

  • Performance acceptable

Documentation:

  • Internal documentation created by EPOS Product Team

  • Supports ongoing support and customer setup

5. Handover to Professional Services
