  1. Customer should contact their normal support channel first

  2. Support team will assess and escalate appropriately

  3. Integration partners will be contacted if integration-related


Important Reminders

Do Not Poll Endpoints The API is designed for event-driven integrations. Continuous polling of endpoints is not supported and may result in integration being restricted.

Operational Support Escalation End-customer operational issues must go through their existing support channels. Integration partners should not contact support directly on behalf of customers - customers should raise issues themselves, which support will handle and escalate to partners if needed.

Regional Availability API currently available in UK and Ireland only.

NDA Requirement Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed before receiving:

  • Test environment credentials

  • Detailed technical documentation

  • Access to development resources
